Rare 1960s G Plan Herringbone Sideboard / Drinks / Display

This is a rare GPlan herringbone design sideboard with both drinks and display cabinet sections. The sideboard base, perfect for storage has this elevated herringbone design to the doors while the rest of the piece is in a rich Teak wood.

The two top sections are perfect display sections with the right side having two glass doors with option of one fixed shelf in wood for structure and then an adjustable glass shelf. The section to the left also has an adjustable glass shelf, perfect for glasses, as below in the further herringbone design there is a drop-down door to the drink’s cabinet. Inside is a further slim glass shelf and the option of a mirrored glass base which you will see in the photos.

The original red GPlan label is not visible, but it does have the warehouse E.Gomme sticker on the back of one section.

This is a piece that would have originally be illuminated however as the electrics could not be PAT tested the wires have been cut and removed however could be rewired by an electrician.

H194cm W152.5cm D49cm base and D31 top sections.
Comes in 3 sections, Base H55.5. Top sections W76cm each H139cm.
