The solid beech and ply do have patina from age, there are scuffs and marks on the legs, there was water marks on the seat pad and spindle back, the seat pad upwards has been lightly sanded and then finished with beeswax. The legs have not been attempted. Photos have been taken of these areas.

Mid-century 1960’s beech/ply chair by Ton

A single Bentwood, spindle back chair, believed to be by Ton.
This chair has a beautiful aesthetic. The curve of the bentwood back, is reflected in the curved ply seat. Tapered spindle back, then also mirrored in the tapered legs, all in the warm tone of beech.
Although it is not confirmed the chair is by Ton, it does appear to have the design characteristics of the brand.
